Terms and Conditions
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://thebluerecipetin.com and any content, products, or services offered by The Blue Recipe Tin, LLC (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to make a purchase. You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data in violation of law or our instructions, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Content and Intellectual Property
The Website and its original photographs, videos, written directions, stories, graphics, branding, compilations, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Blue Recipe Tin, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
You may view, print, or save a reasonable portion of Website content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may share a link to a public page. Unless we give written permission, you may not republish full posts, copy our photographs, reproduce our expressive recipe directions or collections, distribute digital products, remove notices, sell or license our content, or use it to train or populate a commercial database, publication, or service.
Ingredient lists and common culinary facts may not be protected in the same way as original photographs, creative text, selection, arrangement, and substantial directions. These Terms do not claim rights that the law does not provide.
Recipes and User Responsibility
Recipes are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. Ingredients, measurements, equipment, ovens, altitude, humidity, substitutions, skill, and other conditions vary. You are responsible for evaluating ingredients, following safe food-handling practices, supervising children, using equipment safely, checking doneness, and deciding whether a recipe is suitable for you or your household.
Comments and User Content
If you submit a comment, review, photograph, suggestion, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it for operating, promoting, and improving the Website. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your submission is accurate, lawful, noninfringing, and not confidential.
We may moderate, edit, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion, including spam, harassment, illegal content, promotional material, personal information, or content unrelated to the discussion. We are not responsible for User Content posted by visitors.
Affiliate Links, Ads, and Sponsored Content
The Website may display advertising and may include affiliate links, sponsored content, or products received without charge. We may earn compensation when you view or interact with certain content or purchase through certain links. Material relationships will be disclosed. Third-party sellers, advertisers, and sponsors are responsible for their own products, services, claims, policies, and transactions.
Digital Products and Orders
Product descriptions: we try to describe digital products accurately, but colors and display may vary by device. Product pages, license terms, and checkout notices are incorporated into these Terms.
Prices and taxes: prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes and total charges will be shown at checkout when required.
Payment: payments may be processed by a third party. You authorize the stated charges and represent that you may use the payment method supplied.
Delivery: digital products are generally delivered electronically by download link, account access, or email. You are responsible for providing a working email address and compatible device or software.
Personal-use license: unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase gives one purchaser a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal, noncommercial use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, post publicly, redistribute, or use the product to create a competing product.
Order limits: we may refuse, cancel, or limit an order for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, technical issues, sanctions compliance, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled amount.
Digital-Product Refunds
Unless a product page promises a different policy, digital products are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable after the download link, file, or access has been delivered because digital content cannot be physically returned. We will consider a refund or replacement for a defective or inaccessible file, a duplicate purchase, a charge we confirm was unauthorized, or when required by law. Contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order information. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Third-Party Links and Tools
The Website may include links, embeds, plug-ins, and tools operated by third parties. We do not control or endorse every third-party offering and are not responsible for its availability, content, security, privacy practices, or performance. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that party.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, RECIPES, AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BLUE RECIPE TIN, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR DATA, PERSONAL DECISIONS BASED ON CONTENT, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF A DIGITAL-PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Blue Recipe Tin, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or particular features when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, rights, or legal compliance. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent another law must apply. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Mississippi, unless applicable law requires another forum. Before filing a claim, please contact [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
General Terms
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and product-page terms, are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
